Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or purchasing any WiFi token from LMN Unlimited Wifi (“LMN”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. The service

LMN sells WiFi access tokens for fixed durations (daily, weekly, monthly, and multi-device plans). A token is a unique code that grants access to our WiFi network for the duration and device limits of the plan purchased.

• Tokens are delivered instantly on screen and by email once payment is confirmed.
• Each token expires after its plan duration and cannot be extended or refunded unless stated otherwise.
• Tokens are personal, non-transferable in bulk, and must not be resold without our written consent.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or use the service with the consent of a parent or guardian.

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or compromise the security of our network or other users.

4. Payments & refunds

All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are displayed before purchase. Payments are processed securely by Paystack. You may pay instantly by card, bank transfer, or USSD, or fund your wallet and pay from your balance.

Once a token has been delivered and activated, purchases are final. If a token fails to work due to an error on our side, open a support ticket and we will resolve it, including replacing the token where appropriate.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our network or services to:

• Engage in illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
• Attempt to access, probe, or interfere with our systems or other users.
• Distribute malware, spam, or other malicious content.
• Resell or share tokens beyond the device limit of the purchased plan.

6. Availability & liability

We work hard to keep our network reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LMN is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our service, including lost data, lost profits, or loss of connectivity.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, and continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
